Dale seems to connect with wildlife easily, particularly with birds. He gets hungry quite easily and always loves a good bargain at the grocery store. He likes the parks and nature in Winterhaven because his hometown got rid of them. Before the administration took over he lived with his grandfather, raised in a countryside where orphans lived. Often he would cause trouble with stick fights but was really good at handiwork at the farm.​

 

He grew to despise the administration after losing his home. After moving to the new city, Dale couldn’t get used to it because it felt artificial. He bumped into some individuals who were also upset and decided to take down the administration. Although they had successful missions for the first couple of attempts, they were unfortunately outnumbered and parted ways.
