Detailed Report
Twilight is one of the older magicians in the academy, who suspects that those with more authority have been using those for personal gain and wishes to bring the matter to the legislative building.
His magic varies depending on the time of day by using familiars named Uri and Umbra. His power is the strongest depending on the brightest or darkest hour. Sometimes he finds it hard to express his feelings openly, so his familiars help him open up and make it easier for others to approach him.
