A mercenary in Winterhaven who loves stealing from the rich working between the edges of Winterhaven and Celestia. A mediator between the two most polarizing cities.

Detailed Report

Valerie used to live in a wealthy household at the edge of Winterhaven and Celestia. She liked taking care of stray animals in Winterhaven and would often bring them back to the same workshop Lewis was in. She didn’t like how rich Celestia was and how Winterhaven was suffering from the cold.

She would often travel to Celestia and intercept their trains, redirecting goods to Winterhaven to earn a living. She fulfills her role by shooting border agents. She would later work as an apprentice under Lewis to be a Mechanic.
